Twitter Tools For Affiliate Marketing-- By Rizvan Ullah

Over the past several years Twitter has really expanded as a social networking site. Not only is it connecting people from all over the world, it has become a great marketing tool. All websites have been using the Twitter application to provide updates of new products, website changes, latest news and lets not forget the positive impact that it has had on affiliate marketing.
I have decided to publish this article for all those affiliate marketers so that they can cash in using Twitter marketing tools and apply them to their website to expand their affiliate network. I will discuss some of the most popular Twitter tools being used by Affiliate Marketers.
TweetDeck: A desktop application which is used display messages from all your friends and their direct messages. Affiliates can use TweetDeck to manage multiple Twitter accounts, and it has a function where you can track keywords every time a keyword is mentioned you will know about it and be able to follow by creating specific search columns.
Twitscoop: Another great Twitter application. Can be used to view keywords in any niche market and understand the market and see where the trends are going. Once you know the trend you can always focus your attention on getting involved in Affiliate programs that follow these hot trends. When you browse to Twitscoop, the top of the page will contain a button labeled "Hot Trends" and will provide a list of hot items and products that will be hot in the future. Be the first to tap into this market and join affiliate programs that will provide users with these products. When they buy these products through your site, you can cash in handsomely from the commission.
Twitter Search: This application or tool is being used almost as much as Google. Loog up some affiliate programs that are paying high commissions and then type in that keyword into Twitter Search. You will be able to view the discussions on that keyword and read exactly what is being discussed and how popular that topic is. This tool will also allow you to narrow down the search to specific audience so you can focus your affiliate marketing to a certain group.
I will go ahead and post this article in the forum as well, so many of our community members can post a comment or even add some more tools that they have experience with. Here is the direct link to the forum posting:
